Kindergarten After School Program (Daily 1:30 - 6:30pm)
Pending on the actual dismissal time at respective schools in the Fremont Unified School District (FUSD), Kindergarteners will be arriving at Learning Bee anytime between 11:45am til 12:45pm, Monday through Friday.
Detailed daily activities schedule will be distributed and listed on our newly created Kindergarten web page effective August 31.
All kindergartners are required to have the following items with them during their attendance:-
- Healthy lunch (packed in "unbreakable" plastic container or thermost only. Glassware are prohitbited.)
- Healthy afternoon snack
- Eating utensil (spoon or fork)
- Bottled water (refillable water bottle)
- Juice box or other pre-packaged beverage
- A set of spare clothings (underpants, pants, tops put in big size ziplock bag with student's name clearly marked)
1st - 6th Grade After School Program
(Daily 3:30 - 6:30pm)
Upon arrival at Learning Bee facility, all 1st - 6th graders will have approxiately 20 - 45 minutes of afternoon snack break/free time under supervision before our program starts at 3:30pm promptly at their respective classrooms on (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) and at 2:45pm on every Wednesday & any other Early Dismissal Day.

We will always have low-fat milk & juice available for snack time should students forget to pack their beverage for snack.
Most of all, each student should bring in a "positive" outlook for the new school year with new friends to be met, and boundless knowledge to be discovered with one's young mind!

| Schedule of Events requiring ALL Parents' participation | |
 Enrollment & Schedule Confirmation
We are in process of confirming with all parents on the "confirmed" roster for each grade level via phone & email during week of 8/23 - 8/27.
Any un-confirmed enrollment will be put on hold for 2 business days before we contact individuals on our waiting list for Fall program.
Meeting with driver designated to your child
As soon as we have the final confirmation from parents, our administration staff will schedule routes accordingly for student pickup effective Wednesday, 9/1.
Parents of Kindergarteners must provide a booster seat with child's name labelled to the driver.
Parents will be notified via email or phone by this weekend to come in at designated time on either Monday 8/30 or Tuesday 8/31 between the hours of 3 to 5pm to have your child meet with their assigned driver prior to 1st day of pickup. Should parents miss the meeting, parents will have to bring in your child on first day of school before pickup service can be rendered.

All monthly invoices will be emailed to all parents from the following official email address every month:

Effective September 2010, all parents may remit tuition payment by:-
- Online Payment via Intuit Payment Network using your U.S. Checking Bank Account (follow direction on each electronic invoicing email to create your personal user account on Intuit Payment Network. This service is "Free" for you). Do keep in mind that it typically takes 3 business days to have the payment actually posted.
- Personal Check in exact invoice amount dropped in person with our office
- Schedule automatic payment from your own financial institiution and have a recurring check in the invoice amount mailed to our address. (Generally takes 3-5 business days)
At the present moment, we won't be able to accept credit card payment.
All payment must be remitted/posted/received in person by the stated DUE DATE on the invoice. Failure to remit payment on time will lead to a 10% Standard Late Payment Penalty Charges. |
| Pick Up & Absence Policy | |
 Reporting your child's absence
It is parent's responsbility to report student absence to Learning Bee office via
at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time for your child.
Parents should also extend the same courtesy to your child's assigned driver by contacting he/her when pickup service is not needed on any particular day to avoid confusion and worries on the driver's end.
Pick Up Policy
Our Daily After School Enrichment Program ends promptly at 6:30pm. All students must be picked up no later than 6:30pm by their parents, legal guardians or other authorized individuals.
A LATE PICKUP PENALTY will be charged to parents when pickup occurs after 6:30pm.
Rate is $1/minute, no exception. |
